ResurFX

If you’ve been dealing with skin issues like spots, hyperpigmentation, wrinkles, or sagging skin, ResurFX™ is likely a great option to get you the radiant skin you deserve!

What is the ResurFX™ Laser?

As our largest organ, our skin takes a lot of damage from the outside elements, such as free radicals, aging, pollution, stress, or the sun. At Rejuvenate Eye and Face Medspa we want you to love your skin, and we’ll help restore it to its natural beauty. To do so, we offer ResurFX™ — an advanced, fractional, non-ablative laser that can treat a wide range of skin conditions.

Non-ablative means the laser won’t destroy skin cells, so side effects and healing times are minimal, and fractional means it targets a small percentage of the skin with precision. ResurFX™ stimulates the production of collagen and elastin proteins deep within the skin, which are responsible for keeping our skin tight, firm, and smooth. With a single pass, your skin will be on its way to being line-free, resilient, and youthful!

Skin Conditions ResurFX™ Can Treat:

  • Loose or lax skin that sags
  • Fine lines and wrinkles
  • Scarring due to acne or injury
  • Stretch marks
  • Hyperpigmentation, uneven skin tone, dark spots, and discoloration

Benefits of ResurFX™:

  • Minimal side effects and downtime compared to CO2 lasers
  • Stimulates production of collagen and elastin that diminishes as we age
  • Smooths wrinkles and fine lines
  • Lifts sagging skin
  • Helps even out the skin tone for radiant and firm results
  • Suitable for sensitive skin

Am I a Candidate for ResurFX™?

If you’ve been dealing with skin issues like spots, hyperpigmentation, wrinkles, or sagging skin, ResurFX™ is likely a great option to get you the radiant skin you deserve! We’ll discuss your health history, skin background, and all other relevant pieces of information in a consultation to determine whether ResurFX™ is right for you!

ResurFX™ FAQs

What is Fractional Skin Rejuvenation?
Fractional skin rejuvenation is a laser treatment that boosts your skin’s natural renewal process, known as cellular turnover. It helps reduce fine lines, wrinkles, scarring, and more by using a precise laser that targets the skin in microcolumns.
How Does ResurFX™ Work?
This state-of-the-art laser uses skin resurfacing technology to stimulate collagen and elastin production in the deeper layers of the skin. The production of these protein fibers diminishes as we age, so using the body’s natural response to trigger them allows your skin to return to a more youthful state. Because it’s a fractional laser, the light is delivered into the skin in microcolumns, allowing for highly customizable treatments that only require one pass over the skin.
What Areas Can Be Treated with ResurFX™?
We can treat various areas of the face and body with ResurFX™, including the face, neck, legs, arms, and more!
What Does ResurFX™ Feel Like?
Most patients feel a warm and tingling sensation. We use numbing cream to ensure you stay relaxed during the entire process, especially if you have sensitive skin.
How Many ResurFX™ Treatments Will I Need?
We recommend three to five individual treatments about a month apart for optimal results, though we’ll discuss how to achieve your desired effect during your consultation while also creating a customized treatment plan.
What Can I Expect After ResurFX™?
Generally, after your treatment, you may experience some redness and swelling. You can return to your normal activities the same day, but we highly recommend wearing sunscreen while your skin is in a delicate healing state.
